I was able to hide my PMDD by self imposed Agoraphobia.  No one could be exposed to uncontrolled "episodes" if I wasn't around them.   

Not gradually, not a slow build-up……..ALL AT ONCE.  I spiraled so out of control, I could barely stand to be around myself.
